1. Data Minimization & Pure Permissions

TalentlyX is built on the principle of data minimization. We only access the data you explicitly authorize. Our AI employees operate strictly within the boundaries of the instructions you provide and the tools you connect.

2. Interaction with Google Data

When you connect your Google account, TalentlyX uses the "Send mail on your behalf" scope to allow AI employees to draft and send emails.

• No Automated Inbox Reading: Our system does not read, scan, or process your existing Gmail inbox messages.
• Drafting Only: AI drafts messages based on business context and templates you provide.
• Human-in-the-loop: No email is sent without your explicit approval or the activation of an approval-based workflow you control.
• No AI Training: We do not use your Google data to train our AI models or third-party models.

3. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your authentication credentials and tokens are stored in secure, encrypted vaults managed by Firebase and Google Cloud.

4. Your Control

You have the right to revoke access at any time. Disconnecting an integration in the TalentlyX dashboard immediately deletes the associated OAuth tokens and ceases all interaction with that service.
