3. AI Employee Conduct & Responsibility

TalentlyX facilitates the creation of AI employees that draft communications (e.g., emails, proposals).

• User Oversight: You are the final authority for all actions taken by AI employees.
• Approval Workflow: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated drafts before they are sent or executed.
• No Automated Spam: Users must not use TalentlyX to send unsolicited bulk communications.

4. Integration & Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services like Google and LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

TalentlyX is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including any communications sent by AI employees under your authorization.
